Statement
Elizabeth O' Callaghan graduated with an Honours Degree in Fine Art (Painting) at the Crawford College of Art and Design in 2009. Her work is inspired by the sea and coastlines, it is an emotional reaction of the energy and vitality of these. Focusing on the essence and spirit of the source, the heightened colour is removed from its natural state. Her preferred medium is oil on canvas.
