I am an interdisciplinary Swedish artist. I work in mediums ranging from video and sculptural installation to drawing, relational art and performance. My practise examines the performativity and social construction of identity. I am interested in creating, transforming and deconstructing seemingly conflicted states of being. Some of the links between the different elements of my work is the use of body gesture, physicality and impermanent materials, as well as an engagement with social critique and critical theory. Ultimately, I aim to create a space that bridges the intimate and the public; and explore the contrasts between strength and vulnerability, fragility and crudeness.
